Rules against fraud, phishing, impersonation, scams, spam, cybercrime, and abusive use of BizPage.
Registered company name, RC number, address, and official contacts are on the Company page.
BizPage must not be used to create or promote fraud, phishing, impersonation, scams, cybercrime, illegal products, deceptive offers, fake business identities, spam, malware, credential harvesting, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, illegal adult content, or harmful activity.
You may not use generated websites, shops, product listings, AI content, checkout forms, or the affiliate program to mislead customers or impersonate another person, company, government body, financial institution, school, church, hospital, charity, or regulated professional.
You must not upload or publish content that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade names, logos, publicity rights, privacy rights, or confidential information.
You must not collect buyer contact details for any purpose beyond fulfilling and supporting their order, without a lawful basis and appropriate transparency.
BizPage may suspend websites, shops, accounts, listings, payouts, billing, or access where abuse is suspected. We may preserve records needed for investigation, fraud prevention, legal requests, or user protection.
