These Terms of Service govern access to BizPage, an AI-powered platform that interviews a business owner in plain language and builds them a business website and online shop, with marketplace checkout, escrow-held payments, seller payouts, an affiliate program, and billing/subscription tools.

By registering an account, creating a business profile, publishing a generated website or shop, listing products, accepting orders, using AI generation, or connecting billing, you agree to these Terms.

BizPage is designed to support compliance with applicable Nigerian data protection, consumer protection, cybercrime, and online business rules. We do not claim that using BizPage automatically makes your business fully legally certified or compliant in every jurisdiction.

You are responsible for the business information, claims, prices, offers, health/legal/financial statements, images, contact details, and product listings you publish through BizPage. AI-generated content must be reviewed by you before publishing.

You must not use BizPage for fraud, phishing, impersonation, scams, cybercrime, spam, illegal content, deceptive advertising, harmful content, hate, harassment, adult exploitation, malware distribution, or unauthorized collection of personal data.

BizPage may suspend or restrict accounts, websites, shops, payouts, or billing access where we reasonably believe there is abuse, legal risk, payment fraud, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

Users outside Nigeria may use BizPage, but they are responsible for complying with local laws in their country, including privacy, consumer, advertising, tax, and electronic communication rules.
