Billing & Subscription Policy
How BizPage's free trial, plans, invoices, payment provider, and renewals work.
Registered company name, RC number, address, and official contacts are on the Company page.
New accounts start with a free trial (no card required). After the trial ends, continuing to use BizPage requires an active paid plan, billed Monthly, every 6 Months, or Yearly — the 6-Month and Yearly plans are discounted against the monthly price, shown clearly at checkout.
Payments are processed by Paystack and may in future be processed by additional payment providers. Payment providers collect and process card, bank, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction data under their own policies.
Invoices, payment attempts, subscription status, and webhook logs are stored in BizPage for billing operations, audit, support, dispute handling, and compliance. Marketplace order payments and payouts are tracked separately from your platform subscription.
Renewal timing, plan changes, upgrade/downgrade effects, cancellation, and failed-payment handling depend on the plan and payment provider used. You are responsible for keeping billing details accurate. We will remind you by notification before your trial or subscription period ends.
