Data Processing Policy
Roles and responsibilities for account, order, payment, verification, and AI data, processors, transfers, retention, deletion, and security.
Registered company name, RC number, address, and official contacts are on the Company page.
For account holders, BizPage acts as a platform provider and may act as a data controller for account, billing, security, and platform operations. For buyer/order data collected through a seller's published shop, the seller may be the controller and BizPage may act as a processor/service provider.
BizPage processes data only for platform purposes: account access, website and shop generation, publishing, order and payment processing, seller verification, the affiliate program, billing, support, abuse prevention, security, and compliance.
Data categories include account data, business profile data, public website/shop content, product listings, orders, buyer contact and delivery details, payment and payout records, escrow ledger entries, seller verification (KYC) data, affiliate tracking data, billing records, AI prompts and outputs, device/log data, uploads, and audit logs.
Third-party processors may include cloud hosting, PostgreSQL/Redis infrastructure, AI providers, email/WhatsApp providers, payment gateways, and storage providers. International transfers may occur.
Retention depends on account activity, legal obligations, billing/dispute needs, backups, fraud prevention, security, and operational logs. Users may request reasonable access, correction, deletion, or export support subject to lawful limits.
BizPage uses technical and organizational measures such as access controls, role checks, validation, secure cookies, password hashing, rate limits, audit logs, backup planning, health checks, worker separation, and storage abstraction.
