Merchant Service Agreement

The commission you pay on marketplace sales, when it's taken, and your responsibilities as a seller on BizPage.

Registered company name, RC number, address, and official contacts are on the Company page.

Version 2026-08-18Updated 8/18/2026

This Merchant Service Agreement applies to every seller creating a shop on the BizPage marketplace, in addition to the general Terms of Service. Creating your first shop means you have read and agree to this Agreement.

BizPage marketplace commission is priced by subscription plan, not by product category: sellers on a paid Grow plan already fund the platform through their subscription, so they keep more of every sale. Free-tier sellers keep a smaller share since they pay no subscription. Current rates: Grow Monthly 2%, Grow 6 Months 1.5%, Grow Yearly 1%, free tier 15%. The platform may adjust the free-tier rate from time to time; your Billing page always shows the exact rate that applies to your active plan.

Commission is calculated on the order total and deducted when escrow releases funds to you — at buyer delivery confirmation, dispute resolution in your favor, or automatic release after the escrow hold period — never at checkout. You are paid the order amount minus commission; BizPage does not charge commission separately or in advance.

You must list only items you can lawfully sell and actually fulfill, describe them accurately (price, condition, availability), and keep stock status current. BizPage automatically screens listing text for common scam and restricted-item patterns and may block a listing that looks fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive — you can edit and resubmit it.

You must fulfill accepted orders promptly, use the order status tools (shipped/delivered) honestly, and respond to buyer disputes with real information. Opening a dispute in bad faith, misrepresenting delivery, or repeatedly failing to fulfill paid orders is a violation of this Agreement.

Payouts are sent to the bank account you verify, subject to the KYC/verification tier system already described in the Terms of Service and Help Center — higher verification unlocks higher withdrawal limits. BizPage may place a payout on hold where fraud, a chargeback, or an active dispute is reasonably suspected.

BizPage may suspend or close your shop, hold pending payouts, or restrict marketplace access for violating this Agreement, the Terms of Service, or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop selling at any time; amounts already earned and not subject to an open dispute or fraud hold remain payable to you.

This Agreement may be updated as the platform evolves. The version shown here is the one your account most recently accepted; continuing to sell after a published update means you accept the update.
